We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team and manage our eBay and TikTok Shop operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating product listings, managing orders, updating inventory, responding to customer enquiries and monitoring store performance.

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain product listings on eBay and TikTok Shop.

- Process orders and monitor deliveries.

- Update product prices and stock information.

- Respond to customer enquiries and manage returns.

- Review sales performance and prepare reports.

- Support daily marketplace operations.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

- Practical experience with eBay and TikTok Shop.

- Good computer and communication skills.

- Ability to manage tasks independently.
