Key Responsibilities

• Fabric Sourcing & Procurement
• Source and procure fabrics and other raw materials according to business requirements.
• Coordinate fabric dyeing plans and ensure timely availability of dyed fabric.
• Monitor remaining fabric quantities and arrange additional sourcing and procurement according to upcoming demands.
• Production Planning & Coordination
• Prepare fabric cutting plans according to demand and production requirements.
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery commitments.
• Follow up on production schedules and ensure finished goods are delivered to the warehouse on time.
• Plan production and supply according to sales trends, seasonal requirements, and future demand.
• Raw Material & Packaging Procurement
• Source, purchase, and manage all raw materials and packaging items required for Medfit's primary product, medical scrubs.
• Track procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the factory and warehouse.
• Maintain availability of all essential production materials to avoid delays.
• Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning
• Forecast stock requirements based on sales trends and business needs.
• Plan fabric, raw material, and finished goods inventory according to seasonal demand.
• Ensure the right quantity of products and materials is available at the right time.
• Product Development & Quality Control
• Conduct product research and development (R&D) to improve existing products and develop new products.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify product quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the factory.
• Supply Chain Management & Execution
• Independently manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including planning, forecasting, procurement, production coordination, and execution.
• Take ownership of the complete supply chain process, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery at the warehouse.
• Since the department currently operates without a dedicated team, the candidate must be capable of independently handling operational responsibilities along with strategic planning and execution

Job Requirements

• Minimum Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
• Strong experience and practical exposure to the textile industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of fabric sourcing, dyeing, production planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of product development, R&D, and quality control.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
