Job Description
Are you computer savvy? Do you like fixing problems? We are looking for someone to join our technology troubleshooting team.
The Operations Technology Person (OTP) is responsible for maintaining and repairing the technology equipment in their restaurants. The right candidate will be able to perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades without the need of a professional onsite technician.
As new technologies are deployed, the OTP person is dedicated to providing the resources, tools, and support needed and ultimately ensures that the restaurant technology is optimal for growing sales and guest counts. They will help to ensure technology is looking great and functioning well for our customers and crew.
OTPs are the in-house technology resources that can help troubleshoot point-of-sale technology issues and repair or replace equipment quickly, thereby efficiently reducing downtime for customers and crew.
Through OTP communications, updated training, documentation, and knowledge refresh programs, the OTP will need to keep the operator informed about the rapidly changing technology landscape during weekly meetings.
Compensation
· On the job training – starts at $12.00 per hour
· Completion of OTP 1 training - $13.00 per hour
· Completion of OTP 2 training - $14.00 per hour
· Completion of OTP 3 training - $16.00 per hour
· Cell phone allowance
· 50% of healthcare
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
