• Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Build comprehensive supply plans that ensure product availability throughout each promotion.
• Partner with logistics providers to optimize freight strategies and distribution plans.
• Develop supplier contingency plans that minimize business disruption and ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and brand risks throughout each project.
• Build trusted relationships with McDonald's, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful program execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and the McDonald's System while monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
• Lead issue resolution and communicate solutions to key stakeholders across the System.
• Secure leadership approval for capital investments associated with assigned projects.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, execution, and overall performance.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges with thoughtful, data-driven solutions.
• Naturally build strong relationships and influence without formal authority.
• Excel at balancing multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Stay calm under pressure and confidently navigate changing priorities.
• Think strategically while remaining focused on execution and details.
• Are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Take ownership, anticipate risks, and proactively solve problems before they become obstacles.
• Enjoy collaborating with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Believe that continuous improvement is part of everything you do.
