Responsibilities: - Support CRMs in executing tasks required to manage the client relationship effectively - Serve as the back up point of contact for clients - Help manage daily client needs, including bill pay and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely execution - Review client deliverables to ensure quality and consistency - Identify and communicate inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with Advisors and the broader advisory team to ensure seamless communication, align client strategy and priorities, and coordinate effective execution Required Qualifications: - Supports Client Relationship Managers (CRM) by acting as the day-to-day quarterback for client needs and ensuring smooth coordination between accounting, advisory, and internal teams - This role is designed to create consistency, reliability, and proactive support for CRMs while developing their own skills - Support CRMs in executing tasks required to manage the client relationship effectively - Serve as the back up point of contact for clients - Help manage daily client needs, including bill pay and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely execution - Review client deliverables to ensure quality and consistency - Identify and communicate inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with Advisors and the broader advisory team to ensure seamless communication, align client strategy and priorities, and coordinate effective execution Nice-to-Have Skills: Client relationship management
