Graduate Recruitment Consultant

London (Hybrid)
£26,000 base | £42,000 OTE (uncapped)

If you’re a competitive graduate or salesperson looking for a career (not just a job), this is an opportunity to build something long-term in a high-performance, high-reward environment.

You’ll be joining an award winning, global recruitment business operating at the top end of specialist IT and technology recruitment, working with blue-chip clients across 40+ countries.

This is a business known for developing high achievers and giving them the platform to succeed financially, professionally, and personally.

What your career could look like:

From day one, you’ll be trained to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant within technology and business transformation. You’ll learn how to build markets, manage client relationships, and deliver on complex, high-value hiring projects.

Progression is clear and fast for those who perform. International moves, leadership roles, and significant earning potential are all realistic outcomes, not promises.

What you’ll get in return:

• £26k base salary with £45k OTE in year one
• No commission threshold, earn commission from your first deal!
• Up to 35% commission
• Structured promotion pathways with clear milestones
• Market-leading training and development
• Hybrid working
• Relocation opportunities to the US and Europe
• Annual holiday incentives (Mexico, ski trips, and more)
• Modern, high-energy office with golf & football simulators
• A people-first culture that values performance, wellbeing, and social impact

This role could be for you if:

• You’re a graduate with strong non-academic achievements (sport, leadership, societies, entrepreneurship)
• Or you’ve already proven yourself in sales (door-to-door, telesales, car sales, estate agency, etc.)
• You’re competitive, resilient, and motivated by progression and earning potential
• You enjoy targets, accountability, and being rewarded for effort

Why this opportunity stands out:

This is the kind of environment where ambitious people thrive. You’ll be surrounded by driven, like-minded individuals, supported by industry-leading training, and given access to global opportunities as your career develops.

If you want a role where your results directly impact your income, progression, and lifestyle, this could be the right next step.
