Production Team Member/Weekly Pay/1st shift at Manpower · Brooklyn

Job Summary:

Team members will assist in the packaging process. Production team members empty raw materials for packaging, inspect products, prepare packaging, place packaged goods into containers, and prepare them for shipment by labeling and securing pallets while strictly following health and safety guidelines. To be successful as a production team member, you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production team member should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Maintaining good work ethic while contributing to a TEAM environment.

· Following production guidelines and specifications.

· Working on the production line and meeting production targets.

· Inspecting, identifying, and disposing of products out of specifications.

· Packing, weighing, and labeling completed products for shipment or storage.

· Assembling packaging/boxes.

· Labeling finished product.

· Maintaining a clean work area.

· Paying attention to details.

· Observing and complying with all health and safety guidelines.

· Observing and complying with all company policies and procedures.

· Reporting any issues to the supervisor.

· Performing other tasks as assigned.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
