YOUR NEW POSITION
Lead and consolidate the People Sustainability, ESG, and Workforce Analytics function within the People area, driving a data-driven operating model focused on advanced analytics and regulatory compliance.
This role will play a key part in managing and evolving all People-related indicators, reporting processes, and regulatory requirements linked to sustainability and workforce planning, ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency to support strategic decision-making and compliance obligations.
We are looking for a hybrid profile with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, able to combine people analytics, sustainability, regulatory reporting, and senior stakeholder management, acting as a key reference point for ESG initiatives across the company.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ESG, Sustainability & Regulatory Reporting
Lead all projects and initiatives related to ESG, CSRD, Equality Plan, Pay Transparency, and People-related regulatory reporting.
Coordinate and ensure the proper definition, collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability and People ESG indicators.
Centrally manage key regulatory and audit requirements related to People data, including: CSRD, Living Wages, Equality & Pay Transparency reporting
Ensure traceability, quality, and consistency of data reported for internal and external audits.
Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, including Internal Audit, external auditors, Sustainability leadership, and other corporate functions.
Anticipate regulatory impacts and ensure organizational readiness for new ESG and pay transparency requirements.
Workforce Planning & People Analytics
Lead the evolution of the Workforce Analytics function within the People area, promoting a data-driven approach aligned with business needs.
Design, monitor, and continuously evolve key People KPIs related to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Develop advanced analyses on workforce composition, organizational structure, and workforce trends, identifying actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
Provide analytical and qualitative interpretation of People indicators, helping stakeholders understand the organizational and business impact behind the data.
Collaborate with People, HRIS, IT, Finance, and business teams to build an integrated and consistent view of workforce information.
Promote a data-driven culture within the People function, encouraging the strategic use of information in organizational decision-making.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in roles related to People Analytics, Workforce Planning, ESG Reporting, or People Controlling.
Previous experience of 2–3 years in Big Five consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or similar) will be highly valued, especially in transformation, sustainability, regulatory reporting, or people analytics projects.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, CSRD, Pay Transparency, and People-related regulatory reporting.
Experience working with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience in global projects and multinational environments is a plus.
