About the role

Take care of your section from greeting to checkout. Help guests choose from the menu, pace their meals, and work with the kitchen and bar to keep service accurate and attentive.

What you'll do

- Welcome guests and provide attentive table service.

- Manage your section and stay organized during busy shifts.

- Learn the menu and specials to help guests choose food and drinks.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep orders and service on track.

- Maintain accurate checks and complete your closing responsibilities.

- Support your teammates throughout service.

What we're looking for

- Serving experience in a full-service restaurant.

- Clear communication and the ability to manage several tables at once.

- A guest-focused approach and composure during busy shifts.

- Evening and weekend availability and a reliable commute to New Hyde Park.

- Wine, cocktail, or Italian dining knowledge is a plus.
