Location: Moira, Swadlincote, DE12

Pay: £25,272 p/a (£12.96 p/h) + bonus scheme once permanent

Hours: Mon–Thu 06:00–15:00, Fri 06:00–12:00

Contract: Temp-to-Perm

The Role Packer / Production Operative

• Packing products into bags, boxes and bespoke packaging
• Operating basic production/packing machinery
• Quality checking throughout the process
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Working as part of a fast‑paced, supportive team

What You Need

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to do manual work and stand for long periods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
• Experience in production/packing helpful but not essential
