About You

You love Jesus. You love kids. You are mission-driven, relationship-minded and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You bring excellence to your work, communicate effectively and take ownership of whatever is in front of you.

You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. You are adaptable, collaborative and willing to jump in wherever needed—whether that means building relationships, solving problems, creating new opportunities or supporting others to move an important initiative forward.

You think beyond your individual role and look for ways to make the entire team and organization stronger. You approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, work well with others and aren't afraid to take initiative when you see an opportunity to advance the mission.

At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get the job done because you know this is about more than a career. It’s an opportunity to serve others, do meaningful work and make a life-changing impact on students by sharing the gospel.
