Hey there, If you have a passion for crafting the perfect cup and enjoy leading a great team, we’d love to meet you! Our cozy café is on the lookout for a friendly and skilled Barista to help us create wonderful experiences for our customers.

Position: Barista / All Rounder
Location: South Melbourne
Type: Part-time / Casual

Requirement: minimum 2 year experience

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Ensure the coffee machine and equipment are cleaned and maintained
• Handle customer orders and requests efficiently and professionally
• Keep the coffee station organized and well-stocked
• Get creative with seasonal drinks and menu items that will delight our customers.
• Engage with our wonderful guests, making every visit special!

Who You Are:

• You have experience as a barista and Front of house staff in a café and love coffee as much as we do.
• You’re knowledgeable about brewing techniques and specialty drinks.
• You have great communication skills, with a warm and friendly vibe.
• You thrive in a busy environment and can juggle tasks with a smile.
• You genuinely enjoy providing excellent customer service.
