Civil Engineer at Lenjawi Contracting in UAE

Job Summary

Lenjawi Development is looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality Certificate/Approval and have practical experience in the construction and supervision of G+1 and G+4 buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction works for G+1 and G+4 buildings.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and identify technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper construction procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily and project progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Monitor materials, quantities, and construction activities on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Certificate/Approval is mandatory.
• Proven experience in G+1 and/or G+4 building construction.
• Relevant UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple parties.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or villa projects.
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil works from foundation to finishing.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,793.72 per month
