Store Supervisor at Lavada Laundry Lounge Inc in Biñan City

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, kitchen, bar/café, grooming, and lounge operations.
• Lead, schedule, coach, and manage staff performance.
• Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, food costs, wastage, and stock levels.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Handle customer concerns and prepare operational and performance reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality operations.
• Strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, inventory, costing, and customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, POS, and operating procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HRM, Business, or related field preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
