Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, customer service, and staff productivity.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, transfers, and stock counts.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain store appearance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant retail management experience preferred.
• Experience in fashion or apparel retail will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and sales reporting.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
