ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I’m proud to lead a team of 12. I’ve been with State Farm for 35 years, and this career has been a major part of my life and identity. Outside the office, I enjoy sailing and spending time with my three grown children.
Community involvement is incredibly important to me, and I stay active in a variety of local charitable efforts and events. I also take great care of my team by offering PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, strong work–life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs.
Our office culture is warm, relaxed, and truly family-oriented. I treat my team like family and want everyone to feel supported, appreciated, and happy. When bringing someone new onboard, I look for a person who meshes well with the group — someone kind, easygoing, and able to fit naturally into our collaborative environment.
