We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Security Risk Controller to monitor factory security, identify potential threats, safeguard company assets and personnel, and oversee weighbridge operations, including verification of delivery documents and vehicle weights. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct routine system checks and monitor factory cameras for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, security breaches, and system faults. Record security incidents, document observations, escalate serious cases, and support responses to alarms and security breaches. Manage security communications, respond to external customer calls, retrieve CCTV footage, and ensure secure handling of recordings. Monitor guards’ alertness, searches, and compliance with established security procedures. Maintain CCTV and incident registers, report system faults, and prepare control room, haulier, and violation reports. Coordinate journeys for sales staff visiting high-risk areas, conduct risk assessments, and provide security updates and route guidance. Verify driver, vehicle, and load details, process weighing transactions, confirm weight accuracy, and resolve system variances. File weighbridge tickets, prepare daily reports, share them with relevant stakeholders, and undertake other assigned duties. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of KCSE Certificate with a grade of C and above Minimum of 2 years experience as a control room operator Experience using relevant technology and security equipment (e.g. CCTV, Computers, 2-way radio, and security software) Experience in reporting and emergency response planning Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite A valid Certificate of Good Conduct, less than 1 year old date of issue An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to detect irregularities in security and logistical processes. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond swiftly to security threats Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Fluent in written and spoken Swahili and English.
