*About Knowmax *
Knowmax is an AI-powered knowledge management platform built for enterprise contact centers. We help telecom, BFSI, and healthcare leaders turn scattered knowledge into guided, AI-ready answers across every channel. We serve clients across North America, the GCC, Southeast Asia, and APAC, and we are scaling fast in the US market.
The Role
This is a dual role for someone who can win the deal and then deliver it. You will sit at the intersection of sales and engineering: shaping technical solutions during the sales cycle, then owning the implementation once the contract is signed. Half your time goes to pre-sales (demos, discovery, solutioning, RFPs). The other half goes to implementation (onboarding, integration, go-live, and early adoption).

You will be the technical face of Knowmax to enterprise buyers and the steady hand that gets them live. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position, not a people-management track.
What You'll Do – Pre-Sales (≈50%)

• Run technical discovery with prospects to understand their contact center stack, knowledge gaps, and integration needs
• Build and deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts that map directly to buyer pain points
• Own the technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Partner with the sales team as the trusted technical advisor through the deal cycle
• Translate customer requirements into clear solution designs and scopes of work What You'll Do – Implementation (≈50%)
• Own end-to-end implementation for new enterprise accounts, from kickoff to go-live
• Configure the platform, manage integrations (CRM, CCaaS, ticketing, SSO, APIs), and oversee data migration
• Run onboarding and enablement so customer teams adopt the product quickly
• Coordinate across customer success, engineering, and product to resolve blockers
• Set up implementation playbooks and documentation that scale as we grow What You Bring
• 6–10 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical delivery, ideally in SaaS
• Strong grasp of enterprise integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and common CX/contact center systems
• Ability to present confidently to both technical buyers and business stakeholders
• Hands-on configuration skills and comfort getting into the detail of a deployment
• Experience handling enterprise security and compliance conversations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills The Practical Stuff
• Based in Gurgaon, 5 days a week in office
• Flexibility to work across time zones (North America, GCC, APAC)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements Why Knowmax You will own real outcomes from day one, work directly with the CTO, and have a visible hand in how we win and deliver enterprise deals as we scale globally. If you like the mix of selling the vision and making it real, this is the seat.
