Reporting into Senior Business Process Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us as Business Process & Digital Transformation Specialist (SAP).

Can you say yes?

The Business Process & Digital Transformation Specialist (SAP) supports APAC business units by performing the hands-on process analysis and solution development needed to simplify, standardise and improve how work is performed. The role maps current-state processes, identifies bottlenecks, root causes, manual workarounds and system gaps, then converts these findings into practical improvement actions using structured methods such as Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.

This position requires a hands-on professional who can move beyond documenting issues to designing, building and implementing workable solutions. The successful candidate should be able to analyse SAP-enabled business processes, understand system behaviour, define clear requirements, work with Global Process Owners and IT on enhancements, and directly develop practical digital solutions where appropriate, including workflow automation, reporting tools, scripts or low-code applications.

The role’s core purpose is to improve operational effectiveness by combining process thinking, SAP knowledge, data analysis, automation capability and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes across APAC.

What you will be doing

1. Process Improvement & Solution Design

   · Support and lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition and current-state assessment through solution design, implementation and stabilisation.

   · Perform structured root cause analysis using process, system and data evidence, going beyond issue identification to develop practical corrective and preventive solutions.

   · Design scalable processes that balance global standards, internal controls and local business requirements.

   · Define success measures and use feedback and performance data to evaluate adoption, effectiveness and realised business outcomes.

   · Document future-state processes, business rules, roles, controls and operating procedures in a clear and usable format.

2. SAP & Digital Enablement

   · Analyse SAP-enabled business processes and system behaviour to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, digitisation and automation.

   · Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process designs, data logic and acceptance criteria for IT and solution teams.

Develop or support pragmatic digital solutions using approved automation, workflow, reporting and analytics tools.
   · Validate data and solution logic, coordinate or execute User Acceptance Testing, manage defects, and confirm that delivered solutions address the underlying business need.

   · Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and regional system rollouts by providing APAC process input, testing support, business readiness and post-go-live improvement.

3. Project Delivery & Change Adoption

   · Own assigned workstreams and deliverables, maintaining clear scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, actions and stakeholder communication.

   · Partner with business units, Global Process Owners, IT and functional teams to align regional needs with global designs and influence decisions through facts and practical recommendations.

   · Prepare concise management updates, recommendations and business cases that convert complex process and system detail into clear decisions and actions.

   · Support change impact assessment, user communication, training, adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.

4. Regional Collaboration & Capability Building

   · Build trusted relationships across APAC and work effectively across cultures, functions and levels of seniority.

   · Share reusable process standards, tools, lessons learned and leading practices across business units.

Coach process owners and key users in structured problem solving, process thinking and ownership of sustainable improvements.
