Operations Coordinator at Kirsten Jordan Team in New York, NY

Operations Coordinator | Kirsten Jordan Team (KJT) at The Corcoran Group

Location: New York City · Full-time

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Brand

Hours: 9AM–6PM ET, Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends around launches and events

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000

THE ROLE

As Operations Coordinator for the Kirsten Jordan Team, you'll work alongside experienced agents, marketing professionals, and transaction specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of the sales process, from listing preparation and marketing launches to negotiations, contract execution, and closings. You'll have a front-row seat to both the resale and new development businesses while learning how a top-performing team operates at the highest level.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who aspires to become a successful New York City real estate agent. Through daily involvement in the team's operations, you'll develop the market knowledge, client service skills, transaction expertise, and professional network that form the foundation of a thriving career at Corcoran.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious professional who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced business, takes pride in supporting others, and is motivated by the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Listings. Every listing is launch-ready and accurate, with documents gathered, vendor shoots scheduled, and pricing, status, and open houses correct across CTE, StreetEasy, Corcoran, and our website.
• Transactions. Deals stay on track from offer to closing. You work with LC/TC on paperwork and board packages, keep deadlines visible, and let marketing know about key milestones (price changes, In Contract, Sold).
• Agent support. Agents have one reliable go-to for scheduling, property information, offer tracking, and pitch and pricing materials.
• Marketing logistics. Marketing runs without chasing details. You handle vendor scheduling, print and mail production, event logistics, and organized asset folders, and you supply up-to-date listing performance data.
• Team systems. The team calendar, trackers, meetings, expenses, and new-hire setup are current and easy for everyone to use.
• This is a coordination role. Marketing strategy, vendor and budget decisions, and people management sit with others on the team.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Listings and deals are organized, accurate, and on schedule. Agents always know where things stand, and marketing gets what it needs without asking twice.

• 30 days: Up to speed on KJT and Corcoran systems; calendars, listing folders, and trackers are current.
• 60 days: Core listing, vendor, and production workflows run reliably with little prompting.
• 90 days: You own day-to-day coordination end-to-end, and the team relies on you as its operational backbone.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate coordination, mortgage origination, sales support, operations, or a similar role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with dependable follow-through on many moving pieces at once.
• A clear communicator who is comfortable working with agents, clients, Corcoran departments, and vendors.
• At ease with digital tools and happy to be hands-on, whether that’s updating a tracker or running a delivery.
• Discreet with confidential client information. Familiarity with NYC real estate systems (CTE, REBNY RLS, StreetEasy) is a plus.
