Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Generating insurance quotes. Develop and maintain client relationships. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Handle customer renewals. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Must have basic computer and typing skills
