What You’ll Do

As a Teacher, you’ll help create a warm, engaging classroom where children can learn and thrive.

You’ll:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children
• Lead age-appropriate learning activities, play, and classroom experiences
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development
• Help with daily routines, including meals, transitions, rest time, and classroom activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Work closely with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Follow licensing, health, safety, and KinderCare standards
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caring, dependable people who enjoy helping children learn and grow.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years old or meet Ohio licensing requirements for the position
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, as required
• Enjoy working with young children
• Are patient, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers
• Are willing to learn and participate in ongoing training

Previous experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, education, babysitting, or child development is a plus, but we encourage candidates with a passion for working with children to apply.
