We're a well-established real estate law firm with nearly 50 years in the California legal industry and six offices statewide. Our San Diego team is growing and we're looking for a motivated, people-savvy Account Executive to join us.
This is not your average desk job. You'll be negotiating settlements, tracking down debtors, and building real legal knowledge — all while getting paid for your performance.
💰$60,000-$85,000 (base + monthly commission)

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Negotiating settlements with debtors and opposing counsel
Conducting skip tracing investigations (think detective work — locating debtors and verifying financial info)
Communicating with clients and debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence
Reading and applying lease language and collection laws
Keeping cases documented and organized

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
