Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Handle Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows and Microsoft technology issues.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Handle user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Maintain technical documentation and IT support procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical issues and ensure effective resolution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies of Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment?
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical challenges.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
