Senior Talent Acquisition at Keyrus Group in Madrid, ES
Job Description
Why Keyrus, Why Now!
Keyrus is an international group of 3,000 consultants and experts across 30 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.
AI does not replace people; it elevates us to where no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will develop more than skills—you will cultivate judgment. Your expertise will deepen with every system you architect, client challenge you solve, and deployment that builds on the last.
Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.
Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates.
What You'll Architect
You will join Intake, Keyrus' international Talent Acquisition team: a cross-border team that advises Keyrus entities worldwide, combining market intelligence with strategic recruitment to help leaders make smarter, data-driven hiring decisions. In this role, you combine advisory and sourcing skills, using AI-enabled tools and talent data to find, assess and attract the people who build intelligent systems for our clients.
Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across Keyrus entities, turning business plans into clear hiring strategies backed by real market data
Source, engage and attract top talent in Data, AI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a primary focus on the French market and support for other EMEA markets when needed
Recruit the profiles that power intelligent systems: AI and ML engineers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and AI consultants
Use AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, AI sourcing platforms, ATS automation) to identify and reach the right talent faster and more precisely
Combine these tools with advanced human sourcing methods: headhunting, X-ray and Boolean search, growth hacking and deep networking
Produce talent market insights on skills availability, salary trends, and competitor activity to guide where and how Keyrus hires
Build and maintain talent pools in our core technologies, so entities can staff new client projects quickly
Lead and deliver recruitment projects, managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
Run competency-based interviews that assess both technical depth in data and AI and consulting skills, with human judgment at the heart of every hiring decision
Strengthening the Keyrus employer brand with data and AI communities through content, networking and community engagement
Share your expertise in AI-enabled recruitment and help grow TA capabilities across the group
Who You Are
You think beyond filling roles: you understand what the business is trying to achieve and recruit with that in mind
You are a trusted advisor to senior leaders, confident enough to challenge a brief with data and propose alternatives
You are fluent in the language of data and AI, and understand the roles you recruit for well enough to have credible conversations with engineers and consultants
You use technology to work smarter, and you know where automation adds value and where a human conversation makes the difference
You thrive in a cross-border team, working remotely across countries, cultures and markets
You build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
You keep improving how we recruit, and share what works with the wider team
