Job Description
Summary: Kekst CNC is seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst to join Epsilon’s Development Team in their Data Practice. The role focuses on project tasks for Epsilon's TotalSource Plus demographic and lifestyle products, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure effective product implementation and system efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with the Product Management and Development Teams that are responsible for overall data and product strategy
- Provide details to developers regarding what should be included in the software, application, or product to ensure it is included for client roll-out/implementation
- May lead linked teams composed of multiple functions to address business or systems issues
- Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
- Document processes to ensure continuity, education and security of systems
- Implement and test new programs to create cost-efficient systems, new products, or additional data capacity
- May provide consultation to users in the area of developed systems
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Configure system settings and options; plans and completes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and develops specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Communicate issues to stakeholders effectively and in a timely fashion
- Write Jira User Stories related to TSP data enhancements for each release cycle
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Project Management or BSA role
- A proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating product vision into clear requirements that developers can implement and clients can adopt successfully
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience designing practical, cost-effective automated solutions for complex business challenges
- Hands-on technical credibility – a comfort with configuring systems, driving testing through release, and supporting users on live solutions
- Disciplined ownership of TSP data quality, with a track record of identifying anomalies, driving resolution, and delivering well-defined enhancements through Agile release cycles
- Clear, proactive communication and cross-functional leadership, keeping stakeholders aligned and moving initiatives forward across Product, Development, and client-facing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
