Shape the Entertainment Experience from Anywhere in Greece

We are seeking a tech-savvy Swedish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support one of the world's leading digital streaming and entertainment platforms. In this 100% remote role, you will be the direct connection to our Swedish audience, helping subscribers seamlessly stream their favorite movies, series, and live sports events. Work from any location within the Greek territory—whether it's a sun-drenched island in the Cyclades or a cultural city like Thessaloniki—and trade cold Nordic winters for a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Subscriber Support: Assist Swedish-speaking subscribers via live chat, email, and phone with inquiries regarding content availability, release schedules, and account settings.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through app navigation, internet connectivity issues, Smart TV configurations, and digital streaming optimization across multiple devices.

• Subscription Management: Handle billing questions, trial accounts, plan upgrades, payment updates, and cancellation requests with professional clarity.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent a household name in digital entertainment by maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly professional tone in every interaction.

• Feedback Loop: Document technical bugs, app playback issues, and localized translation errors in the CRM system to improve the platform's user interface.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Swedish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).

• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).

• Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full corporate hardware and external monitors are provided and shipped directly to your door).

• Tech Comfort: Passion for digital media, smart home devices, mobile apps, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.

• Communication: Enthusiastic communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Relocation & Benefits

• Relocation Package: Paid flight ticket to Greece and 2 full weeks of hotel accommodation to support your arrival while you set up your remote environment.

• Work Flexibility: 100% Remote work from any location within Greece. No office presence or daily commute required.

• Financial Package: Highly competitive monthly salary tailored for the Nordic market, featuring 14 payments per year (including full Christmas, Easter, and Summer bonuses under Greek labor law) plus performance incentives.

• Professional Perks: Full paid virtual training by certified product trainers, private health insurance, and structured career growth into technical coaching, quality control, or team leadership.

• Lifestyle: Enjoy a significantly lower cost of living compared to Sweden while working "where others vacation."
