About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to support our Estimation Team with quantity take-offs, BOQs, costing and subcontractor evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
• Assist with cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Collect and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with cost control and identify scope/quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Procurement and Project Teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a QS or Estimator.
• Experience in interior fit-out or contracting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off and costing.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
