Role Description :
We’re looking for a hands-on Programmatic Supply-Side Manager to own our CTV and in-app supply operations end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for how inventory is integrated, priced, packaged, optimized, monitored, and scaled across our supply ecosystem.
This is not a traditional supply operations role focused primarily on managing tickets or routine workflows. You’ll be expected to understand the underlying auction mechanics, investigate performance issues, identify opportunities, run experiments, and turn your findings into measurable improvements.
If you like understanding why a bid didn’t win - not just that it didn’t, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own :
Integrations
Manage VAST/VPAID and oRTB integrations across CTV and in-app.
Own publisher and app onboarding through to live traffic.
Supply Optimization
Floor-price strategy, traffic shaping and QPS efficiency.
Optimize the full funnel: requests → bid rate → bid density → win rate → render rate → fill → eCPM.
Make informed supply-path and curation decisions.
Debugging & Testing
Troubleshoot bid requests/responses, VAST errors, wrapper chains, render failures and latency issues.
Run experiments, measure results and implement what works.
Inventory Quality
Maintain accurate oRTB supply signals, schain, consent strings, IFA and CTV identifiers.
Manage ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, blocklists/whitelists and IVT signals.

What You Bring
4+ years of relevant AdTech/programmatic experience.Strong, hands-on knowledge of OpenRTB / oRTB.
Ability to read and understand bid requests and responses and troubleshoot issues independently.
Experience working with CTV and/or in-app programmatic supply.
Experience with major SSPs and programmatic supply platforms.
Experience with video platforms such as Adtelligent, Aniview, or similar.
Strong understanding of VAST/VPAID, including tags, wrappers, error codes, latency, and rendering diagnostics.
Solid understanding of programmatic auction mechanics, including floors, bidding dynamics, deal prioritization, and supply optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently build and work with Google Sheets/Excel.
Ability to work cross-functionally with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, product, and technical teams.

Nice to Have
Experience with IVT/fraud detection and measurement tools.
Experience with Supply Path Optimization (SPO).
Experience working with CTV identifiers, supply-chain objects, and video monetization.
Experience managing or optimizing large-scale programmatic supply.

What Matters Most
You’re genuinely interested in AdTech and programmatic advertising.
The ecosystem changes constantly, and the best person for this role is someone who naturally keeps up with new standards, platforms, auction dynamics, supply-quality requirements, and industry developments.
You should be someone who enjoys getting into the details, figuring out how things work, and continuously finding ways to improve performance.

What You’ll Get
Ownership of a revenue-critical function from an early stage.
The opportunity to directly influence how our programmatic supply is built and optimized.
A lean team where good ideas can move from concept to implementation quickly.
Exposure to leading players across the programmatic ecosystem.
Industry conferences and events.
Team offsites and opportunities to collaborate in person.
A role where your impact is visible and measurable.
