-
Financial & Billing Oversight: Manage annual operational budgets, audit 3PL invoices for accuracy, and investigate chargebacks to maintain tight cost controls.
-
Continuous Improvement & Lean Practices: Spearhead lean initiatives and workflow improvements across 3PL facilities to reduce operational bottlenecks and eliminate process waste.
-
Cross-Functional & Vendor Leadership: Partner with internal supply chain, transport, and commercial stakeholders while directly driving performance evaluation, training, and operational alignment for 3PL partner teams.
-
Compliance & Business Continuity: Ensure all partner facilities comply with regulatory and corporate safety policies while executing robust business continuity and sustainability plans.
