Customer Service Specialist (Engineering Graduate) Location: Ankara-Ankara-Turkey Customer Service Specialist (Engineering Graduate) – Ankara We are looking for an engineering graduate who will start in Customer Service, grow into Inside Sales, and eventually progress to an Account Manager role. You will manage order processes, support customers and distributors, and build the technical and commercial foundation for a long‑term commercial career. What you will do: Manage end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP) Support Customer Service operations and later Inside Sales activities Join customer meetings and learn our technical product portfolio Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Interest in developing through Customer Service → Inside Sales → Account Management ERP knowledge (SAP preferred) Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Proactive, eager to learn, customer‑focused mindset
