General Manager at Joerno Conceptions LTD in Abuja

• Oversee daily operations across all business units (Consultancy, Mining, Agribusiness, Carbon Economy)
• Drive the execution of strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets
• Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to department heads and operational teams
• Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize efficiency
• Manage high-stake stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, international partners, and institutional investors
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal discipline
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in project development, mining, or international trade
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, diplomatic, and negotiation skills
