Job Description
We are seeking professionals who are passionate about pharmaceutical sales, experienced in territory management, and capable of building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Drive prescription generation and product uptake
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage
- Organise product presentations and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit timely activity and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria
- A minimum of an HND in life sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of distributor engagement and doctor call processes
- Proven sales track record within the region
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet target
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
