About the Role

As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you'll represent JKR Windows in local communities and connect with homeowners about home improvement solutions.

You'll build relationships, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments. Along the way, you'll receive professional training, in-field coaching, and mentorship to help you develop your skills.

What You'll Do

• Visit residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.

• Start friendly and professional conversations.

• Introduce JKR Windows and its home improvement solutions.

• Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and interests.

• Identify potential opportunities and generate interest.

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain consistent daily activity and follow established sales processes.

• Track appointments and sales activity.

• Participate in training, coaching, and team development.

• Represent JKR Windows professionally in the community.

This is an active, face-to-face field position that involves working outdoors and walking residential neighborhoods.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

Compensation

This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential based on individual performance.

• Starting earning potential of $150,000+ per year for successful performers.

• Uncapped commission structure.

• Additional earning opportunities may be available through team development and leadership.

• Top leaders within the organization have earned $300,000–$1M+ annually through individual and team performance.
