Jhpiego seeks three Cluster Facilitators to provide hands-on clinical mentoring and supportive supervision across 237 project supported health facilities, including Basic Health Care Provision Fund primary healthcare facilities and general hospitals. Each facilitator will support facilities within one assigned emirate to improve postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) prevention, early detection, treatment and referral.

5. Identify newly recruited or transferred maternity staff and promptly notify the project team to arrange onboarding, training and mentoring.
6. Check the availability, storage and use of PPH medicines, supplies and equipment. Support stock monitoring, timely replenishment and escalation of shortages through facility and state supply systems.
7. Strengthen documentation in labour and delivery registers and approved reporting tools including monthly summary form. Support complete, accurate and timely reporting through established channels, including DHIS2.
8. Support clinical leadership, teamwork, emergency readiness and referral coordination, including communication with receiving facilities.
