Live Commerce Specialist at JG Superstore in San Juan

JG Superstore is one of the Philippines’ leading retailers of cameras, photography, videography, audio, and consumer technology products. We are looking for a Live Commerce Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Ecommerce Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Host and manage live selling sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly, engagingly, and confidently to online audiences.
• Respond to customer questions, comments, and inquiries during live sessions.
• Develop creative and engaging live-selling strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and sales.
• Coordinate with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams on product features, promotions, campaigns, and live schedules.
• Monitor live commerce performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends, platform features, and best practices in livestream selling.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• With experience in live selling, livestream hosting, ecommerce, sales, or digital marketing.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of cameras, gadgets, consumer electronics, or related products is an advantage.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site, 6 days per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
