JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
· Strong background in manufacturing processes, inventory control, and production planning
· Proven leadership and organizational skills
· Experience in bakery commissary operations is an advantage
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Self‑driven with strong problem‑solving skills
· Knowledgeable in GMP, SOP, HACCP, and food safety management systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise overall plant operations to meet daily production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements
· Review schedules and determine workforce needs to maintain smooth operations
· Address production issues, implement corrective measures, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
· Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing protocols
· Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
