Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Amazon FBA Wholesale Product Hunter & Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a knack for uncovering profitable wholesale products in the UK, building solid relationships with brands and distributors, and running tight margin calculations, we want you on board.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire pipeline—from the initial product hunt to securing official brand approvals and handing over accurate cost sheets to the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

* Product Hunting & Analysis: Identify high-volume, profitable wholesale opportunities specifically within the Amazon UK marketplace using industry-standard tools (Keepa, Helium 10, etc.).

* Supplier & Brand Outreach: Cold call and email UK-based brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors to open wholesale accounts.

* Negotiation & Approvals: Secure official brand approvals and negotiate the best possible bulk pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements.

* Costing & Profitability Mapping: Prepare detailed calculations (including Amazon fees, VAT, shipping costs, and prep fees) to ensure products meet our required ROI and profit margin thresholds.

* Reporting: Regularly update sourcing pipelines and present detailed, data-backed reports to the Team Lead for final purchasing approval.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated experience handling Amazon FBA Wholesale specifically for the UK market.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. You must be completely confident picking up the phone to pitch to and negotiate with UK suppliers.

* Analytical Mindset: Expert-level understanding of Keepa charts (sales velocity, buy box rotation, price stability, and competitor analysis).

* Technical Tools: Proficient in Keepa, Excel/Google Sheets, and wholesale scanning tools.

* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated attitude. Ability to hit targets independently while keeping the team lead aligned.
