Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal at IVC · Brighton&…

At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

Acorn Veterinary Surgery is a thriving 2-site practice with state-of-the-art equipment such as an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, digital dental x-ray and an operating theatre. The main site is situated on Portland Road in Hove, with a branch practice in Hangleton. There are a passionate team of 4 vets and 7 nurses working between the two sites. Shifts at the branch practice would be sole charge with a nurse, supporting a tight-knit community practice. There are local attractions around both sites and the Hove practice a 5-minute walk from a beautiful seafront. The practices are situated 10-minutes to the South Downs by car. Hove is situated within Brighton and is a fun place to live and work with great transport links to London.

At Acorn, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit, supportive team where collaboration is key, and every voice is valued. With two well-equipped practices in Hove, we provide exceptional care to pets. Our modern facilities and RCVS accreditation ensure the highest standards of care, and our welcoming team will make you feel right at home from day one. If you’re seeking a fulfilling career with flexibility, support, and the chance to thrive in a vibrant community, we’d love to hear from you!
