Stakeholder / Interface Manager at ITALCONSULT in Doha

• Establish, implement and maintain the Stakeholder Management Plan.

• Identify relevant stakeholders, requirements, dependencies and project interfaces.

• Establish stakeholder communication and coordination procedures.

• Coordinate with PWA departments, authorities, municipalities, utility providers, land stakeholders and other affected parties.

• Establish and maintain the approvals and NOC tracker.

• Coordinate stakeholder submissions and technical responses.

• Monitor stakeholder comments and drive timely resolution and closure.

• Identify and manage interfaces with adjacent and neighbouring projects.

• Establish and maintain the project Interface Register and coordinate interface agreements.

• Ensure stakeholder requirements are communicated to the design team and incorporated into design development.

• Escalate unresolved stakeholder/interface issues to the Project & Design Manager.

• Provide regular reporting on stakeholder approvals, NOCs and critical interfaces.

• Support Gateway Reviews, PWA presentations and major stakeholder meetings.

• Maintain comprehensive records of meetings, correspondence, agreements, decisions and approvals.
