Staff Accountant at Islandaire in Saint James, NY

Rapidly growing Saint James manufacturer has a in perspn F/T position available for an accountant with a degree. Ideal candidate will report to Controller and assist in all aspects of daily operations of accounting department. Will be responsible for journal entries and month end reconciliations and assist in financial reporting including cash flow statements. Knowledge of Visual Mfg software a plus. Summary

As a Staff Accountant, you will support the finance team in completing accurate financial reporting and closing processes. You will work under the direction of the Controller and collaborate with accounts payable, general ledger, and financial systems to ensure data integrity. Core responsibilities include financial close processing, data reconciliation, and producing financial performance reports. Your strong foundation in accounting, Excel analysis, and ERP experience will enable you to contribute to timely, compliant financial statements and effective financial management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
