Customer Service Representative at IQVentures in Dublin, OH

Summary: IQVentures is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its contact center team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, guiding customers through financial solutions, documenting interactions, securing new business, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:
- Champion our customer-first culture by delivering outstanding support
- Guide customers through financial solutions across multiple brands
- Accurately document customer interactions using proprietary systems
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Required Qualifications:
- • Full-time within our Contact Center with Rotating Schedule that may include up to 2 closing shifts per week and up to 2 weekend shifts per month during hours of operation: Mon-Thurs 8a-10p EST, Fri 8a-9p EST, Sat 10a-7p EST
- • Location: In-office in our Dublin, Ohio offices
- • High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old
- • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- • Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
- • Professionalism, discretion, and self-motivation
- • Dublin, OH 43017 (Required)
