Summary: InTouch Credit Union is a not-for-profit credit union dedicated to helping members, families, and communities achieve their financial goals. The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Teller assists members with teller transactions, explains products and services, resolves concerns, and supports member relationships through accurate and professional virtual interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist members with basic teller transactions as well as complex requests through effective, accurate, and professional Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions
- The ITM Teller will assist members and potential members with their requests, explain services and respond to problems in a fast-paced environment
- Assist members with questions and concerns ranging from basic to complex levels involving products and services
- Support the Credit Union in its policies and procedures
- Respond to problems and concerns with a sense of urgency in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the member and the Credit Union

Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- A minimum one (1) year of financial institution experience handling teller transactions required
- Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00a.m.–6:15p.m. with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–12:45pm. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs
- Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships
- Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc
- Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology-enabled services
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred
