About Interface Education Services

Interface Education Services is a premium educational advisory firm helping ambitious students and families navigate the path to leading U.S., U.K., and international universities.

Our approach goes beyond college applications. We help students develop the self-awareness, confidence, skills, and experiences that position them not only for strong admissions outcomes, but for long-term success in college, their careers, and life. Through highly personalized college counseling, writing coaching, leadership development, career exploration, and mentorship, we partner closely with families throughout some of the most important years of a student’s development.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Enrollment Advisor to lead business development and enrollment efforts across Southern California, with a particular focus on Orange County and Los Angeles.

This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows how to build a market—not simply manage inbound leads. You’ll develop relationships with prospective families, schools, community organizations, educational professionals, and other referral partners while guiding families through a thoughtful, consultative enrollment process.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from generating new opportunities and conducting initial consultations through follow-up, proposal, and enrollment. Because families are making an important and highly personal decision, our approach to sales is built around trust, expertise, responsiveness, and a genuine understanding of each student and family.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly relationship-oriented, comfortable working with discerning families, and energized by the opportunity to build a strong local presence for Interface.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Build a sustainable pipeline of prospective families through referrals, networking, community engagement, strategic partnerships, events, and other business development activities.
• Develop relationships with schools, educational professionals, community organizations, parent networks, and other potential referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Interface’s presence throughout Southern California.
• Represent Interface at workshops, seminars, conferences, community events, and other programs.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for generating new business within your market.

Consultative Sales & Enrollment

• Manage prospective families throughout the full enrollment process, from initial inquiry through executed enrollment agreement.
• Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand each family’s goals, priorities, concerns, and needs.
• Present Interface’s philosophy, programs, and services in a compelling and highly personalized way.
• Recommend appropriate programs and prepare proposals and enrollment recommendations.
• Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up throughout what can be a longer, relationship-driven sales cycle.
• Convert qualified opportunities into long-term Interface clients while delivering an exceptional prospective-family experience.

Relationship Management

• Build trust and credibility with prospective families through excellent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Interface’s programs and educational philosophy.
• Develop relationships that generate referrals and strengthen Interface’s reputation within the local community.
• Ensure a seamless transition to our Customer Service and Counseling teams following enrollment.

Sales Operations & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity, client communication, pipeline status, and forecasts within our CRM.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, lead sources, and business development activity.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts to company leadership.
• Partner closely with Counseling, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support enrollment and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Contribute to sales strategy and broader company growth initiatives.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; bilingual proficiency is required.
• 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, enrollment, education, or another relationship-driven field.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
• An exceptional relationship builder who earns trust quickly and communicates effectively with sophisticated clients.
• Comfortable navigating high-consideration purchasing decisions and longer sales cycles.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly self-directed.
• Organized and disciplined about follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across teams.
• Genuinely interested in education, student development, and helping families make consequential decisions.

You’ll Thrive at Interface If You

• Enjoy building relationships and creating opportunities from the ground up.
• Approach sales as a consultative process rather than a transaction.
• Take ownership of outcomes and are energized by ambitious goals.
• Are comfortable operating with autonomy in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Value collaboration and believe an exceptional client experience requires strong teamwork.
• Want your work to have a meaningful impact on students and families.

Location & Travel

This is a hybrid, market-facing role based in Southern California. Candidates should be located in or within reasonable proximity to Orange County or Los Angeles and comfortable traveling locally to meet with prospective families, referral partners, and community organizations.

Periodic travel outside the region will also be required for company meetings, conferences, and events. Some evening and occasional weekend availability is expected for family consultations and community programming.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000
• Performance-based commission with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000–$200,000
• Significant upside for strong performance
• Health stipend
• 15 days paid time off
• 10 paid public holidays
