Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sheikh Zaid. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate information about products and services. The representative will manage complaints, troubleshoot issues, and follow established procedures to ensure timely and effective solutions. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the CRM system, following up on open cases, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer experience. The role also requires meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset, patience, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to work on-site in El Sheikh Zaid on a full-time schedule, including possible shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: E£5,900.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
