Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Planning Executive to manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination across different manufacturing departments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans, monitoring job progress, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, and coordinating with Production, Procurement, Stores, and Quality Control to achieve production targets and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Quality Control departments.
• Prepare machine-wise production schedules according to available capacity.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Follow up on raw material availability, including films, inks, solvents, tubes, labels, and other packaging materials.
• Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and identify production delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure effective utilization of machines, manpower, and production resources.
• Maintain production planning reports, job schedules, and daily output records.
• Coordinate job priorities and urgent orders with relevant departments.
• Analyze production performance against planned targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely communication of production plans.
• Support management in improving production efficiency and reducing wastage.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production planning or PPC, preferably in flexible packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of production processes and machine capacity planning.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production orders and deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Flexible packaging industry.
• Printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, and converting operations.
• Production planning and machine scheduling.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
