Job Description – Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Placement Coordinator with minimum 1 year of experience to manage employer relationships, generate placement opportunities, coordinate recruitment activities, and support students throughout the placement process.

Responsibilities:

• Employer Outreach: Connect with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
• Business Development: Generate new employer leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and company visits.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential employers and understand their hiring requirements.
• Placement Coordination: Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, selections, offers, and joining processes.
• Student Support: Guide students on job opportunities, resumes, interview preparation, and application procedures.
• Networking: Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, employer meets, and industry events.
• Database & Reporting: Maintain company/HR databases and records of leads, interviews, selections, and placements.
• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with employers and students to ensure smooth placement outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Counseling, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in placement, recruitment, B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, networking, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with HR professionals, companies, and students.
• Willingness to travel locally for company visits and recruitment activities.
• Valid two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and organized.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
