Job Description
Summary: Ingram Content Group connects people with content in all forms, providing comprehensive services for publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators. They are seeking a Sales & Support Representative to provide high-level sales support to various sales teams and independent publishers. The role involves supporting national account reps, managing sales materials, and assisting multiple sales teams in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supports national account reps for sales calls by creating title lists, preparing materials for sales presentations and tracking drops ins
- Supports Ingram Wholesale, Barnes & Noble, Amazon.com, and AWBC account managers
- Supports cross-brand Gift & Special Sales, Mass Merch and International sales teams, coordinating with publishers and account managers
- Supports digital merchandising planning with title list preparation and organization
- Liaises with client services teams to ensure sell-in materials are available for sales calls
- Provides administrative support to VP, Sales including sales reporting on a routine basis
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables
- OR
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of organization, operating procedures and policies of the company
- Knowledge of metadata
- Time management, prioritization and organization skills
- Attention to detail critical
- Ability to analyze challenges and collaborate on or create solutions
