Job Summary

We have urgent opening for the tool room manger position, with 6 years and above experience in injection moulding and pressure die casting.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the entire tool room operations
• Planning, Setting targets and deadline for completion of projects.
• Supervise and direct tool room members.
• Ensure preventive Maintenance of Moulds of all Plants.
• Maintain and ensure availability of critical spares of moulds. Keeping consumption records of the same.
• Update Moulds Documents, mould Induction & Its documentation.
• Root cause analysis of break down & permanent solution/design change to not repeating the same.
• Ability to handle a team of Project Engineers & Clients Qualifications
• should have sound knowledge in injection moulding and pressure die casting.

Required Experience and Qualifications

GTTC OR NNTF with more than 6 years’ experience
