Future Founder Program (Build & Engineering) at INCREDIBLE · Bangkok

INCREDIBLE® a kick-ass foodtech company that invents the world’s first zero sugar juice, is looking for a young curious & hungry (to learn . . . and thirsty for a drink 😎🥤) talent to join our Future Founder Program - Build & Engineering.

Renowned as one of Fast Company’s World Changing Idea, Global Top 500 Deeptech Startups and FoodTech 500, INCREDIBLE® (formerly known as JuiceInnov8) was founded under the mission to build the next generation of food & beverage that truly healthier for everyone and greater for this planet.

Headquartered in Bangkok, INCREDIBLE® company was born and bred by engineers, scientists, marketers, challengers, and rebels. We believe in the power of nature and science. With the combination of both worlds, it allows us to create truly innovative products that can impact people's lives by reinventing what they eat & drink with less harm to their health, and so the planet too.

We created FUTURE FOUNDER Program (Build & Engineering Track) to look for a young & authentic BUILDER who is curious enough to question, "Why it has to be like this" or "What if we can do it better with.. ", just like what hardcore engineering & rebellious minds at breakthrough companies like SpaceX, Tesla, OpenAI and NVIDIA did with the way they disrupted the old-fashioned industry that no other could do before.

A 3-years FUTURE FOUNDER Program will make you a Swiss army knife founder with a crash course on everything you need to know and to be before going out and starting something yourself with a chance to experience beyond the South East Asia ecosystem.

You will learn that the real job of founders is not the one who do flashy jobs presenting on the stage or getting on a magazine cover. But it's the way you architect the company to run, orchestrate how your leadership will function, and execute that to their team; Build the strategy on how to grow, pivot and launch; Initiate the vision of how to lower the cost and optimize the profits; Reengineer whatever the old-school industry did "stupidly" for decades (like what Tesla teach Detroit how to make a car and SpaceX teach ULA how to build real rockets that's 10X cheaper and 100X better).

If you are passionate about making a real-world impact, dare to dream about creating the next billion-dollar company, and read until this paragraph and believe that it resonates with you, this place is built for you.
